Corporate Social Responsibility

As a publicly listed company, DCI Indonesia implements its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in accordance with the prevailing regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan / OJK), including POJK concerning Social and Environmental Responsibility of Public Companies.

Under the regulatory framework, Social and Environmental Responsibility constitutes the Company’s commitment to sustainable economic development by contributing to improvements in social welfare, environmental preservation, and long-term value creation.

The Company’s CSR implementation is guided by an internal CSR Policy, which serves as the foundation for planning, executing, and evaluating CSR initiatives to ensure alignment with the Company’s vision, business strategy, and principles of good corporate governance.

Objectives

Through its CSR program, the Company aims to:

  • Contribute to the improvement of social welfare and quality of life;

  • Support sustainable initiatives in education, health, and environmental preservation; and

  • Encourage employee participation in fostering social awareness and responsibility.

Scope of Activities

In line with regulatory provisions and the Company’s strategic focus, CSR initiatives are carried out across three main areas:

  • Education

  • Health

  • Environment

The Company remains committed to ensuring that its CSR activities are implemented responsibly, transparently, and in a manner that supports sustainable development and long-term corporate resilience.
